Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

Delivery & Returns

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank payment and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against credit card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days, however we cannot give an exact time of delivery. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within 14 days of your order then we will notify you and if desired the order can be cancelled and a full refund issued to the original method of payment.


UK Shipping Options

1. Next Business Day: £8.00

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next business day
  • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday

2. Standard Delivery: £5.00

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday will be delivered within 3 business days
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by Wednesday

3. Click & Collect: FREE

4. Orders Over £50.00: FREE

 

International Shipping Options (excluding USA)

1. Next Business Day: £22.00

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next business day
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday

2. Standard Delivery: £13.00

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Receive your purchases in 3-4 working days after your order has been placed


USA Shipping Options

1. Express Delivery: £30.00

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Receive your purchases in 3-4 working days after your order has been placed

 

Returns

We guarantee to refund any item purchased at Heels Boutique that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Returns need to be posted back to us via a method of posting that can be recorded and signed for.  Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note which can be used in-store or on-line.

The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us and is signed for. The refund cannot be processed until the item is received back to us in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging and tags with no sign of wear, unless of course the item is faulty.

Exchanges

There is no charge to exchange an item(s) for a different size and delivery will be free for the exchange, however this will be determined by stock availability. Heels Boutique only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a completely different style we suggest you return the item(s) for a refund and purchase new item(s) separately.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment less postage costs. Please allow 10 working days for the credit to reach your account. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on Earrings, unless they are faulty. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the original packaging/barcode tags/labels intact.

Heels Boutique is a small boutique and whilst we display items that are stocked, if the items are not available for any reason we will notify you as soon as we are able to. A refund will then be processed to the original method of payment made by you.
